There are several ways to enhance your survey by incorporating images, audio, and video in your questions:
Image Display questions show an image to the respondent and are usually followed by a series of questions relating to that image.
Heat Map Display questions ask respondent to click on a location within the image and add a comment on what they see. You can ask them to identify the visual elements that stand out.
Video Display questions are used to display a video file for evaluation, and are usually followed by a series of questions relating to that video.
