Payment Methods
Survey Builder accepts the following payment types:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • JCB
  • Diners Club
  • ACH Payments

Payment receipts

You can export payment history to get a detailed summary of your paid surveys.

To export payment history:

  1. Sign in to your Studio account
  2. Click “Account Management” in the bottom-left corner
  3. Click “Funds"
  4. Navigate to "Spending History"
  5. Click on the downward facing arrow on the right-hand side.
  6. This will download your invoice

Adding Funds

  1. Sign in to your Studio account
  2. Click “Account Management” in the bottom-left corner
  3. Click “Funds"
  4. Click "Add Balance"
  5. Specify the amount
  6. Click Add

Pre-Funding Account

You can pre-fund your account at any time by adding funds in the "Funds" section of your account management page. Funds added to your account will be stored and are always available for you to use.

Note: Once funds have been added, we cannot refund them if you choose not to use your funds.

Adding Funds for Individual Projects

If you have not pre-funded your account, you will be prompted to add funds when you submit a project for approval. If the project cost exceeds your account balance, a pop-up window will appear when you click “Submit for Approval”. Here, you can add the required funds for your project with a credit card or ACH Payment.

 If you would like to add to your fund balance for future projects, you can do so in the “Account Management” section.
