Exporting Data and Graphs

CSV Files

You can export survey data to download an offline copy of your survey results. 

To export all survey results:

• Click “Export” at the top right of the tracker
• Select “File Type"
  • CSV - Data View
  • CSV - Text View
  • SPSS

Exporting Graphs

You can export the charts for each question. At the top of the question, select whether the data will be displayed numerically or graphically.

• Select the chart (table, pie chart, bar graph, etc.)
• Click on the gear icon at the top right of the question
• Select “Export”
