5% Incidence Rate Threshold

The prices quoted for you project applies to surveys that field an incident rate (IR) of 5% or more. If a study fails to generate a 5% IR after 100 attempts, the survey will be paused and you will be notified of three options:

  • Continue fielding without changing the screener criteria, but apply a low incidence rate price that raises the cost per complete.
  • Change the screener criteria so that more consumers will qualify, raising the incidence rate to the 5% threshold.
  • Close the survey and refund your account for any completes that you did not receive.

All studies that fall below a 1% IR will not be fielded.
